✦ AI summary

Dream of Corpse Lady is a surprisingly engaging deck-building roguelike that players praise for its solid mechanics, excellent balance, and high replayability across numerous character combinations, despite the story being widely considered atrocious and the ecchi character design being off-putting to some. The game features deep synergy systems where buffs and effects can stack significantly, though it relies heavily on RNG and occasional technical bugs that can force run restarts.

Insanely fun card game disguised as chinese gooner slop. English translation is good enough to understand. Late game challenges are challenging but still super fun. You can finish most if not all levels and extras with any combinations of characters if you're determined enough. Idk why the chinese make the craziest games to ever exist but it's fun. You know the game slaps when you start getting enemies who grant themselves shields in scientific notation Only downside is the fact that the story is genuinely atrocious 9/10

They managed to invite top tier VAs to voice the game so why not give it a shot? The game might look simple but it really challenges you to make good decks with what you have as you move further into the game. While there are still some luck involved but if you bring the right combination then you will eventually clear the level with ease because I believe plenty of buffs stack pretty much infinitely if you manage to do it.

fun card game that has tons of RNG making it a rogueLIKE, which i believe is the worse kind of games possible (slay the spire), but u get enough money through the levels to try out builds and so on (more like a rogueLITE). so you might ask where is the replayability? well its in the characters. I still havent scratched all the team comps yet (so far ive only played with 2). but there are a ton of characters. at the very minimum 10h of joy, if you like to build crafting and so on then i can see 100+. The only downside to this game would be: the characters dont have a big move (ult), that would have been hella sick and create even more synergies. EDIT: horrible translation Overall id say this game for being indie is a 9.8/10, WOULD recommend :) PS: most neg reviews are talking about the erotic stuff

The ecchi aspects are a little cringe, but the gameplay itself is actually surprisingly GOOD yo! The balance is amazing as well imo, I haven't encountered any follower that feels useless. Everyone has its place in this well-oiled machine and the influx of unique minions taht you get from beating the bosses on challenge mode keep the game super interesting too. 10/10 replayability I'm 20h in and there's still plenty content. Just a little sad that sometimes the game tends to bug out and won't register your cards/attack and you can't end the turn either. Prompting you to restart the fight (which you can do for free infinitel btw) but 1 time it was so bad and kept happening same fight before I could kill boss so I had to restart the entire run at turn 11, which was kind of tilting. I could ALWAYS instantly check the current loadout of units/items that I'm rocking and the cards for each unit etc. It's especially annoying when you're running duplicate units with different jobs and you're confronted with the option to upgrade your unit but you don't know which is which. You can press esc to see it in your settings, but you're locked out of diong then when picking upgrades so you're j…

Very fun. Also not family room-friendly. Ignoring the softcore card portraits, the mechanics are pretty simple, but also can really stack once you're getting into the groove of things. There are quite a few units you can unlock by winning each stage and beating the mini bosses, which each open up your deck's options. From poison to true damage to drain to crit builds, there is a large variety. You also unlock more clothes for your Corpse Lady, each of which changes the way you play your cards. You have 4 slots (1 for each clothing type) which affect your mana regen, card draw, minion stats, and more. Further, each stage gives you an option of rewards you can reroll and there's a shop in between each round where you can buy items. Each minion can equip 3 items (and unequip willy-nilly), and certain ones have exclusives bonuses if you equip to a specific minion. Sometimes, it felt a little annoying because certain bosses could completely block your build because you didn't quite understand what the boss' mechanics were, though hovering over each stage before starting can help give an idea. A couple of the later bosses had -% hp removal, which went through shield and maybe through …
