I understand it is based on 3 lanes from DOTA but in this is just a gimmick. I have played many TCG games and I have never been in a situation like a beginner unable to keep up with the bot on lower difficulty is a bit much. Bot keep these advanced mechanics and somehow his heroes just keep pumping up health constantly unable to tackle them at all - forget it. That is a horrible intro to the game and I am not a masochist to endlessly loose games in order to get a glympse how gimmicky mechanics should be played. OK, Maybe it's just me, so I introduced this to my partner as he is very proficient with Magic The Gathering and the conclusion is the same.2 found this helpful

As a huuge magic the Gathering fan, i've been playing card games for a good bit the past 2 years, and just on a whim decided to try this out and oh my god does this game need wayyyy more simplicity. That, or a complete overhaul. Theres like 3 whole different lanes and health bars?? So in essence, its cute, sort of like a rushing B or going 3 different routes like in a classic MOBA fashion. But in the end just ends up being three-tiered adhd eyesore and mechanically gimmicky way of playing a overall simple and really basic card game. I know you're supposed to be coming in with prior knowledge of Dota, but Dota is kind of a League of Legends clone, and this game is a magic the gathering clone, and you'd think that would make for some awesome personality like in so many cards you see from other games, but the game comes off soo void of personality, and soo cookie cutter, its sad tbh. and Side note, Those lil gremlin things are annoying af, really animated well but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ top 10 most annoying looking things on the planet, and if i have to see them unhinge their jaw and make those overly silly expressions with every game i play, id rather just see this game die out entirely This game …1 found this helpful
