Dice Gambit is a tactical roguelike where you build and lead a customizable dynasty of monster-hunting Inquisitors through dice-based combat and relationship-building with the city's eccentric nobility. Combine generational progression, over 200 unique character abilities, and dynamic dice mechanics to create game-breaking builds across endlessly replayable campaigns.
Shape and lead your own fully customisable (and debt-ridden) family of Inquisitors in charge of hunting the chromatic monsters infesting the city. Unlock unique abilities, hang out with eccentric nobles, learn the secrets the city holds while occasionally delivering ice cream!

Does not work well on controller. Cursor gets lost frequently. On pc mouse can save it but on deck it often takes a restart. Level ups and inspect are bad culprits for triggering this. AVOID on steamdeck unless there is some update. It's acceptable on PC with mouse. Some cool ideas with the family dynamics but the game overall needs some polish work, and I'd worry how much of that is left to come with it being out for a year at this point. (But they did just release controller support last month so time will tell) EDIT : I also experienced a bug that permanently set my character's attack to 15000%. Because there is no built in bug report (and I'm not going to join their discord) there was easy way to report this issue.4 found this helpful

Would heartily recommend. Art direction is superb, lots of diversity in the character classes, the dialogue is quite fun, just a delightful experience all around.2 found this helpful

A super fun game that I wish there was more content; and thats not to say it lacks any, I just would love to see more cause the game is so fun! (like let me help Victorin more pleeeease). That being said, a very tight game, no wasted space with a lot of room for creativity. Definitely try it out!1 found this helpful
