Survivor Challenge TD

I'm not really sure if Survivor Challenge TD is an asset flip. Some elements of this game certainly make it seem like the developer put some effort into assembling some kind of original here. On the other hand, a lot of the game assets don't seem like they were created by the developer, but they haven't credited any asset creators for supplying assets, which might be a case of plagiarism. There's no evidence, so we need to give the benefit of the doubt... regardless, asset flip or not, the quality here is indistinguishable from many asset flip/cash grab scams, and that's a problem in itself. The Russian developer has dumped a bunch of asset flip looking minimum viable products onto Steam with fake reviews. This is yet another one... a minimum effort Tower Defense game template copy + paste, rushed onto Steam then abandoned so the developer can move onto the next bit of Russian shovelware to pollute Steam with for a few roubles. You shouldn't take this as if it's a genuinely made game. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks.…

I played a few TD games, and this one currently is quite underwhelming, the most basic setup possible with 1 static tower. It's basically something to kill 30minutes to 1 hour , maybe 2, and then you will forget about it. The randomization of upgrades that are available at any given time is the only more innovative things, but its not something that makes the gameplay better. Besided it look like a choice of necessity when the UI is si basic it only allows for 4 upgrades and you have access to like dozens.

Not good. Having only one tower limits limits strategy. Any options to enhance your tower is random that gets reset every several seconds. Can't afford to buy something? Well its gone now. The "upgrades" are really just unlocking new weapons or passives. These don't make you stronger they just have the chance to appear in the shop. Speaking of passive, they are pretty much useless and are trap. Take for instance the increase gold passive. You get like 10% more coins from kills. So instead of 8 coins you get 9 now. The issue is at best that most maps are few minutes long so it doesn't really benefit you. At worst you just caused yourself to lose. So many of the maps have such a tight damage check that forgoing one weapon purchase is enough to get over ran. This game is more of a puzzle game and less of tower defense game. For example on one level you'll have just enough money to buy four weapons. If you don't buy the correct combination you lose.

great until you beat lvl 16 and the game breaks

Its hard to recommend this game, as its pretty much a mobile without a million ads... The premise is interesting and unique, as instead of having many different towers to manage, you only have the one. That said, the game throws you in, no explanation of what's going on or how to actually play the game. The good news is its very easy to pick up. If you want to play a mobile game on your $1500 gaming rig, then pick this up... on sale... otherwise, just find a better TD game.

I can't proceed to the next stage and didn't get the gems I earned from clearing the stage after pressing exit stage, holy moly bad game design, uninstalled
