About Monster: Titan's Playground

✦ AI summary

Monster: Titan's Playground lets you rampage through a fully-destructible city as a colossal monster, wielding devastating breath attacks, cannons, and missiles to obliterate giant mechs and everything around you. The game stands out by letting you physically interact with the environment in VR—tearing off building chunks, catching and redirecting projectiles, and smashing enemies into each other for maximum chaotic destruction.

Devastate a fully-destructible city in VR as a giant monster. Battle mechs using your various breath, ranged, and melee weapons—including fire breath, gravity cannon, and lock-on missile pods.

Experience what it's like to look down upon a city—and then crush it. Tear chunks out of buildings and toss them at your mechanical foes. Catch missiles out of the air and hurl them back at the mech that fired them. Even throw mechs into other mechs!

Feel the rage of a monster that's been mutated and experimented on by mad scientists—and enjoy the arsenal of pointlessly destructive weapons they've given you.

✦ AI summary

Monster: Titan's Playground delivers enjoyable kaiju-style destruction gameplay that players consistently praise as fun, with particular appeal to those wanting to rampage as a giant monster. The main criticism centers on limited content, with players noting a lack of varied environments, unlocks, and monster types that leaves the game feeling short once you've defeated the available enemies. While players are hopeful about promised updates featuring mods and additional content, several feel the current offering is better suited for a sale rather than full price.

Very fun game great for just playing as a giant monster there are many things I am excited for like the big update as the developers say with mods and other things there is one feature that I liked that i think was removed. The blue power fist it was just the power fist but blue I'm not sure if it was stronger but it was a different color. But enough of that I think this game is very fun and improvable. anyway have a good day

This game is definitely some fun However in its current state, I feel it could do with more content Once I had beaten every type of mech and air-support, I found myself struggling to make up things to do. The lack of interesting environments and unlocks unfortunately makes this game kind of a one and done thing. If we get updates that add in additional content, things like upgrades - new maps - especially different monsters - then It'd be an amazing game. The developers did an amazing job, and I hope they continue to work on it - but as is, the current price tag is a little too steep for me to recommend it. However this may change with the next update.
