This is the only game that has the beautiful, masterfully written line: "I didn't killed my parents!" (But rlly this game is 10 yrs old and that typo wasn't fixed lmao) I gotta say, the ending is too abrupt for my liking so I am glad there's going to be a 2nd game coming sometime. As for everything else, I am quite slow on these puzzle games so I did have to watch a solution a lot of the time which never disrupts my experience as someone who's bad at puzzles. 2 people made this? That's really impressive, the game looks really good. I think the dialogue is corny/cheesy at times, and that can be even at times when the 10-11 year old main character isn't speaking. A lot of the time people just sound stupid, unusually. Itward is the goat, spread the word, even if you don't know who he is. Overall I do like this a lot, something like Sally Face I'd recommend over Fran Bow but this is still really nice and has lots of charm!

this game was the awesomest and i was violently mesmerized by it. Fran is so lovable and the premise and her mental state, not to mention her curiosity, really make you adore her. The gameplay and puzzles were (though sometimes difficult for the likes of me) so much fun. Killmonday keeps making unsettling, lovable games vigorous with an unmeasurable love for the craft and I wouldn't be surprised if I just bought every they've ever made right now. This game makes me sooo proud to be a swede like holy crap. I especially enjoyed the first chapter--the asylum. I spoke to each patient and I was seriously moved. how the duotine always revealed deeper traumas and horrors that were all stuffed into the children there. this game is gory, lovable, somehow really comforting, and a masterclass in story games and psychological horror. The game presented her mental state perfectly. I enjoyed every ZEPTOSECOND playing this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! truly amazing!!!!!!!
