Great game, follows the resident evil formula pretty closely but is an enjoyable time. Not too scary of a game due to this predictability, but has its spooky moments. Story is drip fed to you but you get the gist of it after the second "tape". Some neat little mechanics with each area having its own gimmick to both exploration and the stalker enemy, and a solid hub world that teases future mechanics nicely. The environments are nicely varied between areas and reflect the stalker enemies' decently. The psychology element is done pretty nicely, tying to the narrative, which then ties to some small elements of gameplay. The main "antagonist" rarely ever threatens you mechanically, and kind of comes across as a dark, goofy comic relief character. worth playing through.

An unanticipatedly great and original game! I went into it blind, trusting that the overwhelmingly positive reviews and my love of horror/puzzle games would win out and they did. Overall, a very impressive creative show from a smaller team. From the game itself to original songs to the voice acting, the whole of it has a strong "passion project" feel that pays off.

You can tell a lot of love went into this game. It's not perfect by any means, but it has tons of good ideas which made it well worth playing through. I took my time playing the game, explore, do side objectives, pet the cat, read stuff, and it took me 15h to complete.
