Message to the developer - as a Redditor, I appreciate the cute pupperinos and fun carnie games. But... maaaaybe tone it down on the horror next time? This game is a little too much for a creaky xillennial! 😂😂

Its got action Its got candles Its got potty mouthed kids It even has OBADOBAS I have only 3 words for you... BUY THIS GAME AND BECOME BIG MOONGOONER

I know this is just a fan game, but in terms of horror, I'd say the game really nails it. The effects, the lone candle lighting your path, the character designs and [i]that sound[/i]. Man, [spoiler]those maids were crazy[/spoiler]. I also adored the voice-acting, especially the annoying kids outside. Every step in that dark mansion had me on edge, from start to finish. Genuinely appreciate the wax trail, as I have very a poor sense of direction. However, as anyone who played this game for ~5 minutes can tell you, the gameplay loop SUCKS. ~2+ hours of fairly intense grinding just to fully restart (a FULL restart mind you) on death is nothing short of evil. Yeah, that's right, the grind isn't mindless either, you have to focus up to play the dumb carnie games lest you lose your precious coins and $10 by extension. After that, you have to wander around the mansion and risk restarting. The looming threat of tedium DID add to the stress/tension/atmosphere though, so I guess there's a silver-lining to everything.
