✦ AI summary

Tower Wizard is a well-balanced incremental game that players enjoy for its ability to run idly in the background, with most praising its engaging gameplay and solid design. The main complaint mentioned is that the endgame becomes grindy, though players still consider it worth experiencing. Players generally recommend the game to fans of the incremental genre.

This was my first "incremental clicker" game, as I wanted to see what all the hype is about and the low price was tempting. I do not think this is a bad game. In fact, for what it is, I guess it does exactly what you would expect. It is an idle, incremental clicker which gives you shots of dopamine ("numbers go up, yay!") each time you reach a new milestone. After the first couple of upgrades (or prestige runs) you leave the game open in the background while doing other stuff on your computer, only to come back every half an hour to click a few icons to get that dopamine hit, then minimize it again. This is all "as advertised" and for the low price, you cannot ask for anything more. But... It is entirely a waste of time. There is literally zero benefit to playing and finishing this game. I tried it. I finished it, just to be sure. Nothing. These days, dopamine hits is what most people are craving constantly, especially online, so the game and those of its kind are symptoms of bigger problems. The game is not at fault for this. The game also does not pretend to be anything else than what it is -- again, the price is fair. I cannot recommend it because aside from the time wa…
Tower Wizard
An addicting idler, but leaves much more to be desired. No reason to keep playing after reaching the end. Would recommend if you're looking to have something to play while working or watching videos. Just wish it was longer! Some QoL additions would be nice though, like: -Seeing the total number of active minions -Shift-clicking to purchase 10 units should also show the price for 10 units instead of 1. -Would like to see more color themes! -Being able to refund minions and purchases across ALL buildings.

Fabulous. Another game that I have to play to completion immidietly.

It's OK. Pretty much exactly what I expected from a game like this, an enjoyable few hours finishing it. HOWEVER I feel like this has been the biggest fumble of the year. The graphics, sound and design give a slight sense of unease, and the feeling that "there could be more". This game would make the perfect first chapter in a genre-bending horror game similar to Inscryption. The rift in the sky, the unknown voice. If the low-bit music started corrupting and weird things started happening... I would've been so hooked. Ah well. Still easily worth the money especially on sale.
