5 Star Miami Resort

I'm a pretty simple person; there are times when I just want a pretty match-3 game and I don't need much story. I usually like this developer's games, but this one didn't click with me, mostly because of the interface. The pieces don't move right; they're slow and they drag like the game is lagging, which it obviously doesn't have the hardware requirements to do. For a mindless diversion, it's got to have that [i]feel,[/i] you know? I'm playing [i]Last Resort[/i] now, which is from the same developer and basically the same game except zombies, and it's fine.

same as [url=https://steamcommunity.com/id/dohi64/recommended/636050]rio[/url] and [url=https://steamcommunity.com/id/dohi64/recommended/799080]hawaii[/url] before, the most generic match-3 experience, but pretty much the only thing rokaplay is somewhat (and sometimes) competent at. still has annoyances (tiles spreading in real-time, cascades not making power-ups that still can't be moved, etc.) but all 96 levels are matching here, no arcade crap this time. it takes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ forever for a bomb to appear when there are no moves left though. it's also a lot more simplified (as in, basic): no specific guest requests, the easiest difficulty without move limit is automatic 3 stars instead of 1, no optional solitaire mini-game, no music, etc.). if you liked the ones before, why not (on deep sale), otherwise there are better options even in this series.

Miami resort is follow up of Hawaii Resort. Which is a match 3 game (align 3+ tiles to make matches). It is quite light too (<200Mb) and thus takes no time to download and launch. The background story didn't strike me, so ... not much to say. This game contains the expected bonuses when matching more than 3 tiles (bomb, lightning, etc.). etc. More of the same as in previous episode. Main differences: - weapons added (filling up when matching a specific kind of tile) - cascading matches don't create bonuses There are 96 levels. Levels that are only match 3. I just bought this game and wanted to try it out - and ended up finishing it (about 6h in normal mode). Once again, some (very few) levels are badly balanced with definitely too few moves allowed. To get 3 stars at every level, expect some replaying. I've played this on Win7 without any issue.

the game was meh and I had the incentive to finish the entire thing but when I reached the last level it just ends abruptly. there is no music in the game and I don't think your dialogue choices matter.
