Inadvertently bought this game instead of 999 the escape room game. Refund request was denied. 0.1 hours played.11 found this helpful
Neat, but pretty tedious after a while. If you get it for mega cheap might be worth a look if you are into weird platformers. BEWARE ACHIEVEMENT COLLECTORS: Some Achievements are almost impossible. Beating all 999 levels, with all stars, without losing a single life. Thats absurd. Im on a quest of at least trying every game in my library, of which I got plenty from all kinds of cheap mass-bundles, others I bought directly, yet others from sites like nivqgames. So please dont judge me for owning this title in the first place :D If you are interested in my journey, check out my other reviews :)1 found this helpful
I'd only recommend this to people who wake up each morning hoping the day is going to be punishing and unrewarding.
https://youtu.be/0s8dlqxJWjg Intentionally challenging controls may be the point, but even in that situation the play feels to random based on the physics over a minimal level of predictability.
I tried. It just did not feel rewarding or fun enough to play further. I encountered a bug in the tutorial both times when I tried it: bouncing infinitely on the "boing" block. Really needs a "R" to reset level key.
While some may enjoy spending decades yeating shrek's disembodied skull through numerous challenges, alas it is not for me.
