I've always searched,
for the you on the other side of the horizon.
A Clockwork Ley-Line and the curtains on this finale shall rise.
After the destruction of the Realm of Night, the Night Students have all disappeared.
Our heroes and heroines deduced that the big fire that occurred 20 years ago may have been the cause, so they set on an adventure to further learn about the incident and finally be reunited with their comrades who were also Night Students.
However, the principal who had previously fled suddenly reappears with the intention to revive the Realm of Night.
Just what exactly happened 20 years ago?
What happened to Kral Lazurit, the Magie who manipulated time?
Where are the Night Students...?
And thus, all the mysteries that surround the Academy shall be brought to light.

Having just finished the trio up with this, I can recommend the entire Clockwork series. Magic, mayhem, and everything tidied up at the end ... I enjoyed my time with this cast of characters. It isn't perfect, but it's really good ... and it's hard to find truly magic-themed VNs. Rito's "After Story" was a surprisingly long and detailed adventure, and was a really nice touch.
I wish she could have gained a soul, but it was a sweet story anyway
Overall, I feel that this series is criminally overlooked, and is worth playing.1 found this helpful
Great conclusion to a good trilogy. Ushio peak heroine btw I haven't seen an actually good tsundere heroine for a long while
This game is pure heat. I'd highly recommend this series to anybody even remotely interested in visual novels. It was such a great experience with tons of plot twists along the way. There are some romance elements to it, but it is not the focus of the game, however you can get those types of scenes after completing the main story should you desire it. Do note that this is the third game in the Ley-Line series, and the first game is slightly lacking in context and depth, but the 2nd and 3rd games totally make up for the 1st's shortcomings. The 3rd game makes playing the entire series worth it alone.
Clockwork Ley-Line turned out to be a pretty good series overall. It has a good OST - especially the OP and ED songs and a pretty well-written story if you can ignore some plot holes and inconsistencies that get introduced. For the most part if you're looking at the third entry of the series you know what to expect already. Characters are all pretty well written and are believable. There are 9 ecchi scenes present that are all in the after or another stories. I really enjoyed the story, and it actually managed to surprise me at a few points, which does not happen often. The only downside is one I've complained about before
when dealing with any story that involves any kind of time travel, there are almost always plot holes or inconsistencies that end up introduced that you just have to accept, and I struggle with that.
Even with that said, I'd recommend this series to any VN enjoyer who is looking for an entertaining story to read.

Great conclusion to the series. Very underrated title from Sekai Project. Probably my favourite visual novel out of all their releases I've read so far.
