A Planet Full of Cats

i love Devcats and all their other games, i think they foster a great community and have a great cause. so my opinion on this game is in no way a reflection on their other titles. this is easily one of their worst games i've played. probably yes due to skill issue, but even if skill issue a game like this and their other ones have features that guide and hold your hand when you come across places you're stuck on. this one does nothing. even after their recent updating claiming they added markers for better indications it feels only minutely better than it was before. the only thing i've felt/noticed changed is the hidden rooms with a paw on them have a faint outline now. other than that i haven't noticed/experienced any changes and feel like i'm still struggling severely. even after the update i've also run into several bugs where i've been forced into restarting my game entirely. they also force you to sit through the dialogue on this one. for me i love reading through the dialogues but if i accidentally click on the cat again and enter the same dialogue again i don't want to read the same long story over and over and over again despite their recent efforts to make changes on it…

Not intuitive, and moving away from the actual hidden object genre. This is trying to be too much at the same time, and ends up being frustrating to play instead of relaxing.

The biggest game yet! I had a blast, and as always can't wait for the next! They are great devs, listen to the community, and are always finding new ways to make the games fun. I'll continue to buy every game they make. My only downside was not being able to use the hint feature when using XRay. It took a little too long to find that last guy in Xray on the big maps.

I did think it was a little obtuse around the third boss fight and where to go after, but I eventually got there. Overall a good game.
