About Adventures of Isabelle Fine: Murder on Rails
Isabelle Fine; a space faring, time traveling, dimension jumping smart mouth is off on her first adventure. First, "documented," adventure at least, she's had a ton of adventures up until now. This new adventure should be just like any other, save some lives, save the universe. Simple, but things don't quite go as planned. Do they ever?
An evil that Isabelle has never encountered finds her and attempts to stop her, capture her and worse. Isabelle and her partner Conway have their work cut out for them as they unravel the mystery of these nasty creatures, save some lives and maybe the universe.
Adventures of Isabelle Fine: Murder on Rails is focused heavily on story, characters, classic adventure mechanics and some simple puzzle solving. Sometimes charming, sometimes absurd, sometimes funny and always a little weird.
Secret Forest Games was formed early in 2019. It's the cliche story of a crotchety old game developer (really, I'm almost 42 :) ) who found himself without a job and is trying to strike out on his own. We needed Isabelle to prove to ourselves that we could take a game from start to finish as a solo indie. We're proud of Isabelle and it's reception so far, and are excited to bring you more titles in the future.

Crim's Humble Opinion Curator
Adventure Game On The Right Track
RPG maker games always seem to go one of two ways. Either you enjoy them for all the intuitive ideas and gameplay that it has or you see it as a clone of the sea of games available. I've played a fair amount of rpg maker games and I can say this is one that I enjoyed. In this point and click esque adventure game you play Conway and Izzy Fine; A duo sent into do some detective work for a murder on a train. Things certainly get strange and quirky as you go on. It focuses mainly on character and world building with a pretty good mix of puzzles.
The Minor Gripes
I enjoyed most things about this and didn't have too much room for complaint. The noise that was made for dialogue got on my nerves a bit after a while. At first it was amusing but by about a half hour in I was wishing there was an option to mute the dialogue noise. There are a few puzzles that seemed to take some more effort than I thought. That's not always a bad thing. I like writing down stuff for puzzles as I try to solve them. There were some though if you missed a hint or flashin…18 found this helpful
AOIF:MOR is a fun story driven mystery/puzzle game where you take the role of an interdimensional detective. Good casual play driven by exploration and discovery. Puzzles are solved by performing actions in a specific order and collecting clues. Dr. Sherlock Who on a scavenger hunt.6 found this helpful

I really, really like the art style of this game and the pace and humour of the writing is spot on. The only thing of fault that I have noticed so early on in the game is that there are a lot of grammatical errors in the game text (spelling mistakes/incorrect use of punctuation) which, if they were resolved, would really improve the feel and quality of the game. It's the only thing that lets this product down because otherwise, it's a really good game and I like it a lot. Another thing to maybe consider would be to add keyboard commands for different actions in the game because I was using the mouse for the first five minutes and then reverted to the keyboard but had to press all the buttons on the keyboard to find out which did what.1 found this helpful
Fun story, great gameplay! I have enjoyed my time with it and would love to see an expansion or sequel.
