Streamed this game at twitch.tv/foxyareku Stumbled on Akayashiki while browsing the store and its graphic style really stood out to me. Gave it a try and I think it is pretty good for what it is, though I had some gripes like a couple rooms and things like the piano feeling like complete red herrings maybe there's something I don't know. A very neat little game if short, worth a couple scares as the killer is genuinely pretty creepy, I'd say it's worth the $3.

Game is decent for what you pay for, short horror game with a solid atmosphere and style. Good beginning but [spoiler] loses some of the immersion in the middle to end due to some over looked Audio and Mechanics; the enemy's AI and location based on sound. This is not a long game. It's literally like half an hour's worth of game play here. It is definitely fun as a cheap short and snacky little experience. It is an Amnesia style 3D point and click with a limited inventory and path optimizing mechanics while being chased with the threat of knock out and returning you to the beginning again. There's nothing particularly deep about it either. You're an influencer informed of a spooky mansion and you apparently decide to just break in and record your experience only to be captured and imprisoned by some creepy looking potato sack headed dude. Now you have to escape within a limited number of attempts or you're murdered but in practice, the entry sequence is so short, it might as well be unlimited retries. You don't learn the killer's name, you don't learn why he's doing this and there's a lot of Vampire paraphernalia strewn about for some reason. So story's lite. You've gotta find key items to unlock doors while memorizing the layout of the mansion all the while collecting and dropping them to maintain inventory space and hiding to avoid the killer. It was fun. It has re-playability too as the key items are constantly randomly rearrangin…
