Still think about this game to this day and It's been several months since I've last played it. Heck, I probably last played it last year, and it's still one of my favorite games. Absolute WOULD Lorem. Adine is also adorable. Can't wait for Strands of Fate to come out! <3

If you like dating dragons, investigations, unique storytelling, and multiple endings, this game is definitely for you. After finishing the game, I can honestly say this is one of the best—if not the best—dragon visual novels I've played on Steam. The story is rich and engaging, your choices genuinely matter, and there are plenty of side events and different routes that make every playthrough feel worthwhile. The emotional moments really surprised me. I found myself getting attached to the characters, and each route revealed new pieces of the overall story. It's one of those games that's worth replaying multiple times to experience everything it has to offer. I'm also excited that a sequel is in development, and I can't wait to see where the story goes next. I highly recommend giving this game a try and checking out the community Discord if you enjoy discussing theories, getting updates, and meeting other fans. A very neat visual novel game about dragons! Story is very well written with quite a lot of branching pathways ways to interact with main cast. For the price, I feel the amount and quality of content here is really good! Something that I would like to give big props to this game for is how they weave in the act of us gamers "replaying" the game as a part of the story. I won't spoil what it is, but this is treated as an "in-universe" deliberate action on our part and its very cool to see a game actually do this. To date, this is the only game that I know of which does this! I also really like how it doesn't shy away from some of the darker and harsher topics of life, touching even on things like death, depression and grief. For a game about making friends with dragons and dating them, its quite the heavy topic to broach and I applaud AWSW for doing it so well. About the only thing I would suggest for improvement is that there be ways for us to reset certain plot points to allow us to experience certain things again without having to delete our existing save file. Fantastically written characters - no one feels minor, and the storyline is rife with unexpected events. Honestly, the relationship and romance elements of the game sort of take a backseat to the plot, but they're balanced in a way that doesn't leave me wanting less story for more 1-on-1 dragon time. I completed my first playthrough and I'm very excited for my next!
