Love the concept of the game, love the theme, love the art work, love the direction. What I'm annoyed about is that myself and my friend have played this for 3 hours and we've done everything we can.... I understand early access, what I can't understand is early access with less than 3 hours of tasks to do. I can place a house... but can't even decorate it? It's so frustrating when you want to support a game in EA but you get barely anything back for it. Game has great potential, but please stop releasing games into EA with barely any content, it's frustrating for players, and then the game dies a sad death in our libraries because we feel jaded on first encounter. I will be giving this game another go as long as updates come through steadily, but probably won't if we don't get updates regularly. Please think about player experience even when releasing games into EA. Edit: I also just realised, we played the demo, and the only difference so far between demo and EA is Sam's house.... At that point I may as well just played the demo once more...

Cute...on the surface. It tries to get away with low quality models, textures, etc., under the guise of "it's cozy!" or "it's for kids!" It doesn't work though. The quality feels flimsy. Like they tried to make better models in an engine that isn't built for it. Within minutes of the game starting out, you get the "big reveal" of the mech, and you can see through gaps in the model...this is in the FIRST TEN MINUTES of the game. It didn't get better from there. Too bad. It seems like a cute idea, hampered by either laziness or a lack of skill.

Tried the game very briefly. the opening cutscene lagged HEAVILY, and when i finally did get into gameplay, the character moved so slowly that I felt i had to hold sprint just to move at a NORMAL WALKING PACE. I do not recommend this game until the default movement speed is faster and the whole game is better optimized.

Wonderful game, already having so much fun, can't wait to see what you guys add in the future, would love a few more options for playable species! Really enjoy the fishing minigame, finally something different from the bar I'm used to in most other games, very chill, very relaxing while still having plenty of fun things to do, totally going to make the starting island into a big town later on! Thanks for the awesome game guys, Npc's are adorable and have funny dialogue, all around very happy and excited to see this game grow even more.

It is a cute and fun cozy game. I am playing with my 7 year old daughter. The game is very easy to join each other and you can even be on different islands at the same time, making it easy to tackle tasks in different areas without having to wait for each other. Befriend animals, earn recipes, explore new areas, etc. I like that you can change your character and mech at anytime at no cost. The decorating is simple and easy and also very aesthetically pleasing. I can see this game becoming repetitive but we only play an hour or two at a time so haven't experienced that yet.

I really like this game a lot. I'm a sucker for any kind of farming sim/life sim, especially when I can be a raccoon and use a mech? I know this is early access so I may update my review when more updates come out, but having played the demo and now having played the EA version for 5 hours or so, I think I can tell you what to expect. First, I think the simplicity of the game is a huge plus. Don't expect to be ordered around to do things constantly- you can actually ask the lil NPCs (a CUTE squirrel and an adorable lil owl) "I want something to do" and they will give you quests- each one I've asked for has unlocked stuff also. So, if you want to progress faster, you can just keep asking for more quests. On the other hand, you can also just.... be at peace. Mine, chop trees, farm crops, cook food, fish, talk to the npcs and learn what they like.... really just exist in a very sweet environment. I'm Autistic and I have ADHD and sometimes I just want a cute, simple time. I have more complex games that throw things at you and have time constraints and so I get that itch elsewhere- but this fulfills a peace that I didn't know could be had. Seeing my lil raccoon stretch out for sleep …
