Do not buy this game unless you are ok with bugs that will never be fixed. Even in the 2hours I played before getting a refund, I ran into 5-6 bugs. From menus getting stuck on the screen, to items I should have in my inventory just not being there, and the tutorial prompts simply not activating. From what I see in the games discussion boards, updates and fixes from the developer stopped about 2 years ago. So, any issue in the game now is simply going to stay there. STEAM should stop this kind of behavior from happening, but it seems it is up to us trying to warn each other through reviews.2 found this helpful

Nice concept. Poor design. It is extremely easy to get stuck early on if you don't choose easy mode. They force mandatory quests down your throat that you can't ignore and that get in the way and possibly leave you broke and unable to progress. Very poor game design.
Its just fine, unfortunately anytime an npc event happens the camera locks and pans slowly over to a side of the screen interrupting whatever you happened to be doing and it can be jarring in a management game. Additionally, the game ran pretty smoothly through the demo portion of the game, once you are past the first fair thing and unlock woodworking the game is buggy. NPCs get stuck off screen so orders can't be accepted. To me it feels like once again we have a developer rushing out a game without decent playtesting. Its a solid game outside of the bugs and rough edges. I just can't deal with it.
