After reaching an ELO rating of 1400, I encountered mathematical symbols that I had never seen before.

Competitive mode is a blast. The teammates I get matched with in solo queues are usually super in sync. Adding a voice chat system would be awesome—text communication just isn't efficient enough, especially in a speed-based competitive mode like this. The new lobby design is seriously immersive. While it lacks the old lobby's minimalist vibe, the sound effects and environment are top-notch, and the character models are incredibly detailed.

I suggest adding a few more tiers between A+ and Master, otherwise the difficulty gap is just too huge. Alternatively, lower the difficulty for lower Master tiers—even Master Lv.1 is hellishly hard, it's just too tough. But I have to say, this game's ELO and tier systems really give you a sense of accomplishment.

If you have a fraction, you must convert it to a decimal first.

Arithmetic Arena is a pretty unusual game because it takes something as simple as solving maths problems and turns it into a competitive ranking experience. I was not expecting basic arithmetic to make me feel this much pressure, but the ELO system gives every answer a little more importance. I liked how quickly the game gets me into that mindset of trying to be accurate while also answering quickly. The main challenge is very straightforward. I get a maths problem based on my current rating, solve it and submit my answer. Getting it right can increase my ELO, while mistakes can bring it down. What I liked is that the difficulty rises as I improve, so I cannot just rely on doing the easiest problems forever. Eventually I have to think faster and deal with more difficult calculations. The ranking system is probably the part that gives the game most of its replay value for me. Normally I would finish a maths puzzle and move on, but here I actually have a reason to keep going because I want to improve my rating. The global and friend leaderboards also give me something to aim for. I found myself taking even simple questions more seriously because I knew a careless answer could hurt …
