Will you be part of a gang or a cunning lone wolf? Pick a side! Are you a tough guy who lets his fists do the talking, a thief who hides in the shadows, or perhaps a smooth talker who manipulates the scene? Develop your skills, craft tools to suit your style, and climb your way from “new fish” to “top dog.”
In a place built to break you, your sharpest weapon is your creativity and cunning. Every inch of Boulderton Prison might hold the key to your escape, from your prison cell to the infirmary, to the sewers and even the rooftops. Can you break free?

One of my favorite RPGs I've played. A lot of interesting characters. The game encourages the player to explore and rewards curiosity. Many branching paths and possibilities. Definitely recommend this. Going in for another playthrough.1 found this helpful
Absolutely fantastic game. 10/10 really excited to see the new dlc and play ng+
A very solid time-management prison-escape RPG with gripping writing. There are both skill-based minigames and luck-based skill checks that are based off of your gear and stats that can be tweaked to some degree. There are some polish to be desired when it comes to the uniqueness between the current two protagonists, and there does seem to be a bit more variety put into Thomas' story over Bob's at the moment.
escapists if it was a furry story driven game
The focus of this game will be you learning about your inmates, and exploiting what you can to make progress with help of friends on the outside to succeed in proving your case against this frame job. While in this internet age there are many guides to help you do so, my suggestion would be to go into it with relative blindness for your first journey. The odds are against you here, and should you fail I think it leaves an important mark on you, as you will at some point feel as hopeless as your character does when something doesn’t go quite the way you expected or wanted to. And should you fail this first round it leaves upon the player an importance on ensuring that the justice systems we employ for our safety as a whole don't get co-opted to be used for just the safety of those in power. Because if you find yourself in a system such as that, what once you felt protected you will easily become your biggest threat.
