Bendy and the Dark Revival

Cannot treat this game seriously due to how bad the camera is. Looking around is buttery smooth, but walking makes the entire screen vibrate, because the camera is directly attached to an entity that updates less frequently than the game renders frames. Developers tried, but failed to implement a proper fix, leaving only the "Smooth Camera" option that clumsily lerps camera position making everything blurry and for some unknown reason also ties the mouse movement to the FPS... like what, why?

Its an amazing game that is honestly just really good

Played the first, was alright, saw the like ratio on this and got baited. I actually had to google if I did something wrong fighting wise, because it really just boils down to trading hits - but on hard you die quick - but then you respawn basically 1 meter away with half your health... What is the point in this? I would've actually preferred the bland fighting from part 1 or even better: playing around stealth completely without being able to kill enemies at all. While the animationstyle already isn't scary, being able to kill enemies (and die without ANY consequences) removes the last bit of tension you could maybe have gotten. Also why is coming out of hiding spots so loud? For a game that promotes stealthy kills it's really counterintuitive having to wait so much distance before being able to get out of your spot.

I played for 12.9 hours straight. I already watched playthroughs but playing at my own pace and looking at all the details is way better! The game is so beautiful I can tell the artists had lots of fun. Some things I ran into is the esc menu died after [spoiler] beating mr. king crawler [/spoiler] and had to alt + f4. The objectives and bendy marker sometimes disappear at the worst time, like in the tunnels part, I couldnt figure out the part I missed doing. BUT other than those, its fun to play so far, Im now backtracking for secrets! And I really like that the collectible goodies respawn it makes the backtracking rewarding. Finally [spoiler] all the little Bendy scenes and having him running around with Audrey [/spoiler] made my heart go gooey. Please put more of it in the Ink Factory!
