This game is pretty awful. Too hard yet too easy to cheese. It looks terrible and ran horribly back in the day. The world design is ugly. Characters are ugly. So on, so on... But it stuck with me from when I was a kid. I think the premise is stellar and a modern sequel or a complete total remaster could end up achieving something unseen in the history of gaming. Meanwhile it will remain annoying cutscenes before messy bossfights in here. So positive if you have, like me, nostalgia. Otherwise it's not worth your time.1 found this helpful

Nice story. Really frustrating game with a lot of bugs and some of the worst level design(strange checkpoint, unskippable cutscenes if you die multiple times).
Игра детства за копейки Как ни странно - очень приятно было пройти её снова, на это не повлияли мелкие баги, текстурки и блабла. Есть какой то свой color, design от этого мира модерн гладиаторов, покупки снаряжения перед миссией и т. д. Сейчас очень редко удаётся поймать от старушек игр ностальгию, но BoS это удалось, незамысловатый сюжет, приправленный кровью, разным оружием и стреляшками, что ещё надо? В общем респект +vibesss
Charming and promising, but repetitive and boring. But give it a try if you like old-school FPS's!
This game needs a remake/remaster TERRIBLY. The concept is great. Everything else, jank city. On sale for $2.30 AUD? Yeah pick this up and bet big on yourself.
