The martial arts style combat system allows you maximum freedom of movement and agility while mixing shooting, melee and powers from your mutations. Learning new Wung-Fu combat forms through progression and learning from masters you’ll meet, will constantly add to your choices and make sure combat never gets old. - EVOLVE YOUR GAME-PLAY
You’ll be able to re-code your genetic structure to change the way you look and play. This will of course affect your attributes and in addition to this, exposure to bio-contamination in the world will lead to mutations like the Turtleform and Mucus Bubble, while exposure to radioactivity found in bunkers from the old world will affect your mind and unlock psi-mutations like telekinesis, levitation and more. - NEXT LEVEL OF CRAFTING
You are totally free when crafting weapons. Mix and match parts to create your own unique 1H or 2H slash and crush weapons. Revolvers, rifles and shotguns and add modifications like cork-screws and battery-powered chainsaw modules to bio-contaminated sludge vials adding to your combat arsenal. There are even characters you’ll meet that’ll craft cool stuff for you, like bionic wings, a jump-pack and even let you modify your Automaton - the scrap-toy sidekick! - GEAR UP FOR ADVENTURE
You are totally free when equipping your character. Not only when it comes to choosing weapons you created, but what type of gear you wear. Equip a gas-mask and an oxygen tank for exploring the Dead Zones, thermos-resistant clothes for venturing into cryonic areas or protective gear for taking on bio-contaminated creatures, the choice is up to you. - SURVIVE IN A VIBRANT OPEN WORLD
You are free to explore the world and what lies beneath its surface, by foot, mech, jet-ski, air-balloon or area unique mounts. The combat and movement are quite good, quick and fast but nearly everything else is frustrating. - Color/Gamma/Brightness and sharpening is broken and with TAA the ghosting and clarity is very bad, the world looks very bright or very dark, colors are too bright, texture and ground is fuzzy and unevenly sharp and the overall image clarity is very uneven and probably will give you a headache. There's a fog effect too which further makes it blurry. The game is also extremely taxing at max settings esp. foliage. - Combat while fun is very repetitive and camera and lock-on is wonky at best. - World is large but pointless, hardly anything worthwhile and hardly anything fun. - Quests are mostly fetch or kill X or something similar. - Characters, dialogue is very cringe, gibberish and juvenile. - Loot is randomized and you need to grind. - Decisions have no consequences. - Crafting, Menu and Quick-Menu is combat are poorly thought and need extra button mashing and don't something work, I got frustrated by the heal system in combat, the wheel doesn't fade away? This is such an unfortunate product because it wants to do so many things but nothing is executed well enough. There's a…2 found this helpful
this game is very nice i love it
Scenery is beautiful, gameplay is alright, spent most of the combat just using the Auto-Rifle. Wish that it would have more voices besides the Narrator and Light/Dark sprites. Not a bad game though.
its alright nothing special a lot of running between places
for 50 bucks this game was quite a lot the content that I didnt even explre, for example all the classes or even all the areas didnt even do most the quest's so it should be a bit self explanitary that there is a lot in the game to explore the only problem too is that it is a bit of a hack and slash to I kinda just swinged a sword at my enemies and moved kept swinging and just rinsed a repeated, a bit cringe I'd buy it on sale for 30 bucks not 50
