If you enjoy this type of game like me, and on top of that get a buzz out of killing demons, then you might like to have a go at Brainy Joy. Brainy Joy is a casual game where you have to eliminate all the demons within each level to unlock the next one. Brainy Joy is quite easy to understand, but if you need some assistance, feel free to press on the help button and you’ll find a good run down of the game. Essentially, all the levels are nodes and roads that link each other together. In some of the nodes, you might have enemies (demons), scrolls, medical packs and wands. Each of your enemies will have a colour attributed to them and a certain number of points to eliminate them. There are four types of demons: blue, green, purple and red. You’ll need two points to kill the blue demons, four for the greens, eight for the purples and sixteen for the reds. The interesting point is that you…13 found this helpful
The good the bad and the ugly
The puzzle, the presentation, the UI Early verdict Its a similar situation with Alexey's dwice (If anyone even remembers that existing), on which the concept was interesting and mildly fun, but the presentation left a lot to be desired. SCORE:5/10 MENU In desperate need of a cleansing. First thing most players search for are the Options. So did i, went straight to Video, expecting resolution options or a full screen toggle. By doing that, i discovered this menu is completely wrong. Now im attempting to make sense of it:

Video: It's a Tutorial video, leads you to YT
Help: Are the objectives/rules
About: Story/lore of the game
In addition a few are missing:

The previously mentioned resolution options
A volume modifier, and the option to enable/disable music or SFX, rather than the crude on/off all sound
GAME Despite the odd look the game is rather simple to understand, provided you found the rule list from the Menu. It all comes down to searching the board for items, with a path that collects the correct…3 found this helpful
This was slighty enjoyable. The puzzle aspect to it is not too terrible, but it does need some work. For example, you have a healthbar in red and a mana bar in blue. This isn't normally bad, but the problem is that it shows no hp. It shows that you will have this much health under the swords icon or in other words how much you can hit them for HP when you use your own to attack. This is a little bad as no enemy ever has their attack stated outright, but it's usually how much hp they have remaining. For example, the blue jester can do 2 hp of damage. It can also do 1 if it doesn't have as much hp. You can only tell this from clicking on them and then engaging in a fight. Luckily, you can use the redo option to make sure you don't mess up too badly. The biggest problem I might have with this is the puzzles though. The early stages seem fine enough, but it feels as though there are multiple solutions. If this is intended, then it's fine, but if it isn't, then it's a problem. Because of your HP, you can only attack an enemy up to 6 of your max 8 hp. Any damage that equals or is over 8 will kill your character. The health kits help, but the problem is that you can stack some of them and…2 found this helpful
