Great game, really nice relaxed vibe with simply explained "tasks" to help people get from one place to another or to ride a cow, that sort of thing. Still encourages creative play and problem solving to make the tracks work as you want. Lots of included content and the Dinosaur expansion is a big hit, but there is loads in the base game so don't worry about missing out on things being locked - content absolutely isn't locked behind expansions.7 found this helpful
My playtime is low on this account, but thats only because i did not buy it for me, i bought it to add to the family library, my kids all love the game, and have sunk a good chunk of hours into it. Basically a digital version of the Brio train set we have in real life, but you can do a lot more, and has far more interative elements, and it didnt cost hundreds of dollars like Brio sets. Works great on weaker hardware too, and Linux. My 4yo plays this on his old PC. Its an old 7th gen i5 tablet PC running 8gb ram, and loaded with Mint Cinnamon. Installed via steam, and runs flawlessly. Very happy with the purchase, and will pick up the DLC eventually too.5 found this helpful

A game that lets you play with charming wooden trains and tracks without making a mess. No worrying about running out of in-game money, or what the residents think, like in SimCity. I love it! It just lets you play with trains. Slight glitches though. 4.75/5 stars.
