About Bugs N' Guns
Bugs N' Guns is a cooperative third person shooter. Players take the role of Bugs and Guns two employees working as trash disposal for the crappiest company in the world. Tasked with finding and escorting a "cargo" train named MARC - OS that was lost in an alien environment players will need to work together to survive the hostile flora and fauna that will impede their path.
COOPERATIVE
The most important feature in Bugs N´ Guns is that this game requires two people to play. Not only is it impossible to play without another player but within the game all the challenges players will face require cooperation otherwise, defeat is assured.
ONLINE- LAN
In order to play this game players require an internet connection. Once inside the game player may choose to play either on LAN or by choosing to play with random people on a public match or playing with friends through private matchmaking.
SHOOT AND COMBINE
The main way players interact with the world of Bugs N´ Guns is through shooting. Shoot to protect, kill, and cooperate. That is correct in this game players can generate elemental effects with their weapons and these elemental effects can combine with the weapons of the other player providing players with more fire power when they choose to work together.
PROTECT THE TRAIN
The main goal in this game is to escort the train M.A.R.C - OS. Through out the game the train will guide players through a series of crazy scenarios forcing the players to adapt or die. The most important thing to understand is that players can die all the times they want, but if the train dies, the game is over.

Bugs N' Guns is one of literally thousands of student projects infesting Steam. It's from U-TAD in Spain. While student projects tend to be better quality than most "amateur" made games, we must still question what value such projects have for gamers. As with all student projects, this isn't really a fully fleshed out game, it's just the result of an academic exercise, and as such it has much more limited value as a game than a professionally developed game would have. Educational institutions should not be using Steam as a dumping ground for homework assignments (especially if the students didn't even pass the course). Sure, it helps their marketing and helps the students feel good about themselves, but this is another case of a business putting themselves before the needs of gamers. While this looks like a promising third person shooter, with passable graphics, the gameplay is shallow and the requirement for multiplayer means the game is functionally inaccessible, there are no players. The idea of the game was that you escort a payload while bugs attack it, shoot the bugs to protect the payload. The graphics in this game are passable, but could be better. WHAT A GAME!!
It's okay for a free game. It is a bit laggy and clunky but from what I played it seemed interesting. My game kept crashing but my friend was able to play fine. Overall I give it a 5/10
