Your adventure starts when you get stranded on a tropical island. This is your island, your adventure! Do whatever you like! It's the ultimate Sandbox sim! Do you like Animal Crossing or Harvest Moon? Castaway Paradise is the game for you!

You can spend your days doing fun activities such as catching bugs and fishing. Try to make a bigger catch than your friends and make your collections complete!
Farm your own home-grown fresh crops! Rake the ground, plant the seeds and give them some water. You can also decorate your island with beautiful plants and flowers or grow fruit trees.
Endlessly combine outfits, hats, dresses, shoes and other clothing to reflect your personality, or create a funny outfit just for the laughs!

Game is buggy, the last update was years ago with any sort of mod response. It is essentially abandonware. The DLCs (albeit free) do not work. Controller and/or keyboard controls are a mess (note on the controller 'supported' version you will get stuck in your house forever). If you can get this game free, it can be fun, but for any amount of money, I'd HIGHLY recommend not buying this game!2 found this helpful

I got this game on sale for less than $3USD. I wasn't expecting much. On starting it, it made me nostalgic for old facebook games like Farmville with a bit of animal crossing-esque vibes. It felt kinda janky on keyboard/mouse, but slowly it grew on me. It's very point-and-clicky, and it was probably a mobile game originally, but it's not the most terrible port. It scratches the Animal Crossing itch while also letting you binge play longer if you want to. Multiple save files is nice, though I myself haven't seen the appeal in having multiple saves. Initially I thought VIP stuff was gonna be in-game transactions, but turns out you only have to reach lvl 15 to unlock most of everything, which isn't terrible. Seems they ported this over without aggressive monetization. Kudos to them for that. The DLCs are free, thought the Stevie one seems to take a few in game days before it fully works. Some achievements don't trigger right away and might randomly trigger when you re-launch the game. I will say the music and sound effects annoyed me after like 5 minutes, so I muted them. But it's a nice game to play if you want your own music playing on another app while you zone out. The charac…
