Adventure game, hidden objects, minigames, mystery, puzzle. PLOT The protagonist is a writer of horror novels, one day he is contacted by Alice, she informs him of what happens in a village, and he can certainly find inspiration for his new book. Autumn is the harvest period, attracted by the mystery the writer immediately sets off for Darkwood, a gloomy village where local farmers grow red rye, it is said that they have miraculous properties, and this news attracts many tourists. These immense red fields are beautiful to see, the right environment to find the right concentration for writing, but he soon discovers that the inhabitants are not so sociable and there are strange rumors of guests who disappeared from the Hotel immediately after the Harvest Festival. Determined to find out what is happening in this town where the sky is always gray, he meets several people: Bernard the farmer, Molly the sweet waitress, Frederick an unscrupulous person, a kind Professor, the Sheriff and Elred a mysterious guest of the party. There is a glitch near the beginning of the game. I've tried the game on every difficulty setting, but the Choice-Driven Narrative does not work.6 found this helpful
Game is bugged at literally the second stage. At the first dialogue option, I cannot click the option for plot points (and therefore getting necessary items to progress the story). There are no alternative paths that allow a way forward without those locked items. Can't finish the game.3 found this helpful

Spooky and pretty. The choice-driven narrative doesn't work UNLESS you buy an expansion pack, which is stupid. Get them when it's dirt cheap.
