Trust the plan for Belgium bro, Germany literally can't keep up bro. Just one more turn. Is it 1AM? ♥♥♥♥ no bro don't go to sleep the Central Powers are almost broken bro, you can win. Achievements? Bro you think we doing achievements in this place? Nah uh. Just one more turn, cmon bro you got this. Look at Italy go bro, they're insane bro. This was my brain over the passed weekend getting back into this game. My how the hours flew by, always so addicting just to slam that Next Turn hourglass. There's always something going on if you play your cards right, at least one front has fortunes swinging one way or the other. Enough to keep me glued in. It's simple. It's easy. It's fun. It doesn't need to rely on massive, rampant alt-history in order to remain relevant. It's the First World War. You know what's going to happen [or maybe you don't]. You know what to expect. Yet the gameplay, for as simple as it is, opens up significant opportunities for differentiations from game-to-game.…

Its a good World War 1 game for sure!

AI always has advantage, especially in defense.

The mechanics of this game are reasonable, but the AI was too incompetent to offer a meaningful challenge -- on my first play as the Allies, the Germans completely ignored the holes I poked in their lines, allowing me to push forward to Hamburg and Dresden in less than a year. It's not just that they were out of troops, either -- they kept sending reinforcements to the Serbian front despite the fact that their homeland was being invaded and the Serbs had no meaningful offensive capability. Meanwhile, the Turks had no idea how to defend their coastline against amphibious landings -- they actually moved their garrisons *out* of their cities (presumably in an effort to 'chase' or 'shadow' my troops), allowing me to walk right in. The Austrians formed a reasonable line against the Russians in Poland, but did nothing at all to help protect the Germans against a Russian breakthrough in Prussia. Adding insult to injury, the game now repeatedly crashes when I end the turn. I didn't enjoy the game enough to bother troubleshooting this, and it didn't cost enough money for me to bother with a refund, so I will just urge others to use caution in purchasing this product.

I love this game. This is a game I play when I want to sit back and reset.
