• Maps consist of tiles.
• Capture the Sacred Sites to secure victory.
• Farms and Mines offer economic bonuses crucial for success.
• Consider terrain during battles, as certain tiles grant advantages to attackers or defenders.

COMMAND YOUR TROOPS

• At the beginning of every round, each Army requires a Command.
• Commands provide direction to your forces and are resolved one at a time.
• For instance, if you issue two "Movement" commands, you can opt to execute one on your initial turn and the second on the following turn.

This strategic approach allows for careful planning and execution of maneuvers throughout the game.

PLAY CARDS DURING BATTLESTactical decisions extend beyond the battlefield - cards give you the power to shift the tide of battle with strategic plays. 

• Play cards from your hand to sway the outcome of battles.
• Whether it's bolstering attacks, fortifying defenses, or unleashing game-changing effects, the power is in your hands.
• But remember, each card played is discarded until your hand is depleted, so choose your moves wisely.

Once your hand is empty, you'll have the opportunity to replenish it and continue the fight!

• Pay gold tributes to gain bonuses from the Gods
• The Gods favor those who honor them and may penalize those who disregard their influence.
• Bid for influence against your opponents
• Weigh your options carefully. Consider the bonuses you seek and the penalties you can bear.
• With gold is a finite resource, it's essential to choose your tributes wisely, ensuring optimal outcomes for your endeavors.

Keep in mind that your opponents may offer differing amounts of gold in tribute, further complicating your decisions. Remember, the Gods favor those who offer the most!
