Cosmic Outpost

The game can be overwhelming at first with all the resources and structures, but once you get the hang of it (which doesn't take long) it's quite simple. I loved being able to micro-manage my base's power consumption by turning individual buildings off and on from time to time, as an alternative to just buying and researching more solar panels. My only complaint is that it can get more grindy than many would prefer on research and sometimes the building economy itself, and there are some minor QoL features missing, but I hope future patches will address these.

I'm giving this a thumbs up to support, but in it's current state I refunded. Great idea but needs about 10% more work to be finished. Various little UI glitches and strange decisions that I'll try to list -Weird white boxes appear on top of menus and sometimes pop-ups are on top of each other and in the way. -No info on turret stats, no range shown after placement -Why do I have to manually turn my defenses on and off? Why?? -Defensive vehicles don't have collision and drive right through buildings - make them flying drones or give them pathing. -It gives you a warning that bugs are attacking in X number of turns but then that disappears- why?? critical information sometimes -Perhaps most grievous is the Miner controls - have them commanded on a slider rather than making me click on each one individually A little polish and this is a winner

This is a nice game if you enjoy resource management. It can be a bit confusing at first, but it becomes quite simple once you understand it. As you progress, balancing resources becomes a satisfying challenge. The experience is rewarding and enjoyable overall.
