7/10 Pet battler like Super Auto Pets TLDR: a game very similar to Super Auto Pets from Chinese developers and made for Asian markets. A lot of customization and additional pets thru f2p Good: + just like with Super Auto Pets, the gameplay is solid: you buy pets, merge them to upgrade and place them. Crazy Battle Pets is a cute little auto battler that I found surprisingly easy to get into. The idea is simple because I build a team of animals, choose how I want them to work together and then let the battles play out automatically. I liked the relaxed presentation because even when I am thinking carefully about my team, the game never feels overly serious. The strategy comes from building my lineup and deciding which animals and effects work well together. There are a huge number of different creatures to experiment with, along with props and different card sets that can completely change how I approach a match. I enjoyed this part because the game is really about understanding combinations rather than manually controlling every attack. I also liked the different ways to play. Ranked matches put me under more pressure because I have limited time to make decisions, while practice mode lets me experiment without the same pressure. The custom rooms are especially interesting because I can change the rules and create unusual matches instead of always following the standard format. I really enjoyed this game. I've played it for over 120 hours, but the latest update has broken the game for me. I will still give the game a positive review, because if it works for you and you enjoy auto battlers (like super auto pets), then you'll enjoy this game. The fact there is a practice mode and you aren't forced into the pvp mode is a bonus in it's favor. There are a lot of interesting combos and it was actually fun to unlock things, which you can do without spending any money. If anyone has advice on how to get the game to work again, post it please! :)
