Dachs Hunter is a somewhat barebones survivors-like experience. It's all there and looks great but doesn't bring much new to the table. However, it's weirdly slow, which makes it great for kids. This is more of a neutral review... art direction is bad, the bosses are overpowered and annoying, the movement is incredibly slow. the game overall is not that bad, but pretty amateur.1 found this helpful
A very adorable and polished game in the Survivor Bullet Heaven genre. You are a dachs humanoid wizard who fights against horde of enemies in medium sized arena. The game progression is well balanced, you constantly unlock things in game, like new skills, Meta progress, characters. On the map event popup randomly with markers show what give you temporal buffs, heal, currency, skills. Rare enemies drop items what you equip in whole mission. There is minigames also for some new skill unlock what is a welcome little change and gladly not annoyingly difficult, well fit the game cozy aproach. All endboss have uique attack patterns what keep you on your toes. The dealt and received hits are well visible and audible for good feedbacks. The game is visualy clean. The Devs are nice and listen on players feedbacks and the price is very acceptable. Recommened game in this ever growing genre.1 found this helpful

Rather than attempting to radically reinvent the genre, it concentrates on delivering an accessible and entertaining experience built around experimentation, progression, and chaotic magical battles. The core gameplay revolves around surviving enemy hordes while building increasingly powerful combinations of elemental spells. Each session is designed to be relatively compact, making it easy to complete a run without committing to several hours at a time. This structure works well because it allows players to quickly test different approaches, learn enemy patterns, and discover new synergies. The large collection of spells serves as the foundation of the experience, giving players numerous ways to customize their build. Whether focusing on a single element or mixing multiple magical disciplines together, ther…
