"Danger!Energy" is a simple console (Xbox) ported puzzle game that looks like more of a mobile app than a console game, let alone a PC game. Yet here we are. What do you do in the game? Put your finger on your iPhone screen and draw a path through various nodes to solve puzzles. There's 80 levels, but more of a bad thing doesn't make it better. And wow, 4:3 aspect ratio. This was probably developed on a monitor they found in a dumpster. Which, perhaps ironically, is where this product landed very shortly afterwards... it was a dismal failure for obvious reasons. While I couldn't find this on the mobile app stores, everything about it looks and feels like it's a mobile app designed for mobile phones... for PC gaming enthusiasts, it's not going to give you a cutting edge PC gaming experience. That alone is enough to disqualify this from any recommendation. We don't spend thousands building gaming rigs so that we can pretend they're iPhones and play iPhone games and mobile apps. The game features really lacklustre 2D visuals (does the developer not know 3D graphics became mainstream in the mid-1990s?). Gamers don't spend thousands of dollars on gaming rigs and the latest…

It is a fun puzzle game, that doesn't feel overly hard. But you need to first wrap your head around the idea with the lights that needs to be connecting to restore energy flow. The plot isn't that relevant, but it is a nice touch. Started it a few years ago and enjoyed it, now picking it up again and it is still fun.
