The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took Unreal third person template and a few other stolen assets to make an incredibly bad third person hack and slash game. It has no value or merit as a real game. A souls-like game like no other. This game stands alone. It really, really does. Stand alone. All alone. In a void of loneliness.

"We have Dark Souls at home." I forget how or why I got this game (definitely didn't pay for it), but as the likes of Gone Home and What Remains of Edith Finch could be considered "walking simulators", I'd like to consider this a "running simulator" in that you're running away from all your life's problems under the veil of entertainment, as it is, in fact, the most efficient way to play and beat the game. You don't even have to engage with the combat, if there even is any. I wouldn't know if there's any grand lore reveal at the end or not, because the final level bugged out near the start and booted me back to the title screen once I played it for about a minute and took a step past the box of starting equipment. Truly a revolutionary mental exploration of an anxiety-riddled anti-social man suffering from a mid-life crisis while pretending to be a knight, or in any other case, the average life of a video game journalist. I'm only putting this here as a formality since you can "complete" the game in the first few minutes by getting all three (count them, three) achievements, but also because I was bored.
