What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players praise this quirky indie game for its unique, psychedelic art style and nostalgic appeal to fans of classic platformers like Commander Keen and Earthworm Jim, with many impressed by the fact it's a solo developer project. However, concerns include performance issues on some systems (particularly Windows 10), loose gameplay mechanics, physics that feel unpolished, occasional glitches, and a price point that feels steep unless purchased on sale. The game offers a memorable, deliberately weird experience that won't appeal to everyone but resonates with players seeking something refreshing
What the hell am I playing? o.O Psychedelic, insane, nostalgic trip. Lovers of Commander Keen will enjoy this!1 found this helpful
I believed, and I've got disapointed. I was hoping this game would work well on my computer, unfortunately it is awfully slow on my windows 10. Otherwise I felt potential of fun with the atmosphere and creepy look. I cannot judge it accurately since it does not work optimally on my system but I felt it might be fun to explore and see more of those ugly monsters and cool looking background designs. It's clearly not a high quality game in terms of feeling of the physic but there are ideas and cool creepy designs in my tastes. I can't help but to give it a good review for what funny causal experience it could have been if it wasn't so slow and a little bit glitchy. I honestly and regrattably have to request a refund though to invest those bucks in games I can play properly.1 found this helpful
AWESOME!
that this game is made only by one man is insane!! I really like the weird artstyle(s) used. It's a real Earthwormy-Jimmy-Cyberpunky-Spacy-Elfy-Trip :D !! The gameplay could be a bit tighter - but ey it playes like Earthworm Jim. As a one man job just amazing!! Keep up the good work and refreshing setting. And cudos to Atlus for getting a game like this on board. says much about you guys!
I have a lot of games, 3800+, and I rarely like a game. I liked this one. Price is too high but if you catch it on sale like I did then its all good. Nice trippy visuals and music. Trading cards would be cool though..
It reminds me of Earthworm Jim mixed with a bad acid trip. Money well spent.
