Desperate Vlad is a Bullet Hell VR action in the post-Soviet era, filled with primal ultraviolence, furious fights and adrenaline gunfights. Immerse yourself in a world in which you are alone against everyone.
The setting of the game is cyberpunk during the Perestroika period. You take on the role of a contract killer - "torpedo". The life circumstances forced your hero to act aggressively, clawing the way to the destruction of a political organized criminal group and its leader at any cost. The only person who can help you fight evil is an android doll, but it's not like you're 100% human yourself.

The controls are horrible. Can't change gun angle. Story made me uninterested and cringe in the 16 minuted I played. Some stages would start with the camera below the ground. Grabbing and throwing sucks with the index controllers. Got it for 5€ during sales bundled with another game, and even then I felt robbed.3 found this helpful

This game is kinda weird, but good weird ya know?
Man, this isn't even as good as time crisis. Its not even on rails, you literally stand still in the same spot, waiting for them to come at you, and shoot at the same pattern emerging enemies. so basically, its a shooting memory game, and some scenes you don't start with a weapon so you have to take an enemies, there is no reloading, once guns run out of ammo you have to drop them, and pray there's a gun at your feet from a dead enemies. There's no real tutorial, the story in conveyed in comic book panels that you, ugh, pull my hair out, have to shoot one by one to watch and they are TERRIBLE. why did i buy so many vr games at once that I couldn't test all of them within the 14 days i bought them. Oh that's right, these damn steam sales, made me drop $400 to secure the deals, and i got stuck with some STINKERS like this one. Avoid, or only pay $5 max.
