About DIG - Deep In Galaxies
Embrace your inner space explorer
Venture into the interstellar unknown, pilot your very own (hijacked) spaceship and land on any planet of your choosing. Clear gaps with double jumps, launch grappling hooks to cross chasms and dig through destructible procedural levels to take on different missions according to your playstyle. Or temporarily ignore the galaxy’s plea for justice and have fun with challenges and mini-games. You chart your own course!

Fight your way through
With the abilities and weapons obtained after completing missions, you will create the most overpowered synergies to defeat even the galaxy's most imposing foes. Engage in combat challenges, wipe entire planets from malicious pests, or mercilessly one-shot any boss as you weaken the Overlord’s evil army.

Collect the spoils of battle
After the shooting, comes the looting. Gather your well deserved rewards after every battle, find treasure chests brimming with money, weapons and magical potions. Explore every inch of the planet for new gear, or save enough gold to spend at your closest space stations. Recruit new rebels by unlocking up to 9 different classes that will adapt to you. With over 200 items and 180 skills, there is always a new build to discover.

Great game to play solo or with your buddy. I do wish that there was an option for online game other than screen share. Great lore, vibe, and game mechanics. Get it and slide back into the 80's.1 found this helpful

DIG – Deep In Galaxies, developed and published by Molton Studio, is a fast-paced roguelite action platformer that blends procedural exploration, chaotic combat, and satisfying progression into a colorful interstellar adventure. At its core, the game revolves around the idea of freedom—freedom to explore a branching galaxy map, freedom to shape the terrain beneath your feet, and freedom to craft wildly different character builds through an enormous array of weapons, items, and skills. It embraces the unpredictability that defines the roguelite genre, while layering in destructible environments and cooperative play to create an experience that thrives on experimentation and replayability. The premise is simple but effective: you command a hijacked spaceship and chart your own course through a galaxy filled with hostile planets, mysterious objectives, and escalating threats. Each planet serves as a self-contained arena, procedurally generated with unique terrain layouts, enemy placements, and mission conditions. Some worlds challenge you to eliminate waves of alien creatures or destroy infestation nests, while others focus on gathering resources, rescuing stranded characters, or sur…1 found this helpful
As I was flying around the map propelled into flight by the recoil from my minigun shooting three-way bullet streams, instantly dissolving the world around me with infinite ammunition with a sword strong enough to kill the final boss three times over in a single swing, and yet bemused by my 6,000+ stat points I had in Super (an ability that had been permanently locked out by a disadvantage I'd acquired earlier that run), I realized: I was having quite a lot of fun. This is a fun game. Like, a really, authentically fun game. It is polished in the ways it is unpolished. It is balanced in the ways it is jank. The controls are tight, kinetic, and feel great to use. The game has delightful physics tuned to a tee. If you take it hyper-seriously, you will almost certainly "break" it—which is okay, the game (much like each individual world within it) is made to be broken. So break it. Have fun. Enjoy yourself. You can feel a lot of love and delight poured into this title.1 found this helpful
