played it for the first time and in 20min finished the whole game like literally beat the bosses first try. good game and nice lvls and enemies

Distant Space is a brilliant tribute to the classic arcade space shooters of the 80s and 90s. It doesn’t try to complicate things with heavy stories or complex mechanics; it just throws you straight into the cockpit of a spaceship to blast waves of alien enemies.The gameplay is simple, fast, and highly addictive. Controlling the ship feels incredibly sharp, and the progression through the colorful, neon-lit levels keeps you locked in. Each level brings unique enemy formations and bullet-hell patterns that require quick reflexes to dodge. Accompanied by a fantastic retro synth-wave soundtrack, it nails the old-school arcade atmosphere perfectly.It is a small, lightweight indie title, but it is the perfect game to boot up when you want a quick, satisfying challenge without any fluff. A great casual experience! 8/10
its an okay game, if it ever becomes free to keep again i would recommend adding it to your library and actually playing it as its playable (fun is objective for a 30 minute game where you just click your mouse) at most its a dollar and if just discounted and not free, its about 70 cents which if you just want something quick and easy to play to rank up your achievements than yeah sure its okay but i wouldnt go out of my way to buy the game or even play the game, added to library in like 2024 and didnt play till last night so def a filler game
