Players appreciate DoVille's engaging mystery storyline and excellent voice acting that makes them feel invested in the narrative, despite the basic graphics. However, the game's control system is frustrating, with conflicting input methods causing jittery gameplay that detracts from the experience, though reviewers are optimistic about its potential given its early access status.
