Feels very basic. Sorry dev but there so much more better rogue like out there. 3/10

the game is pretty good, has nice art and a good collection of items. but it has 3 big problems. 1 - enemies don't have outlines, so small enemies are basically invisible. 2 - The map has unclear textures, so it's hard to tell what's walkable and what's not. 3 - unbalanced enemies and skills, you're too weak throughout the entire run.

The gamepad support is terrible—they're extremely uncomfortable and not implemented properly. You need third-party software to map the gamepads in the game.

DRACOMATON delivers a surprisingly frantic indie experience that skillfully blends top-down bullet hell action with mechanical shape-shifting. Playing as a tiny robot navigating a hostile, abandoned factory feels immediately engaging due to the colorful, cartoonish art style. By forcing players to swap forms and weapons on the fly, combat remains dynamic and keeps you thinking on your feet. Finding new robotic forms to slot together as passive or active abilities offers a clever layer of strategic customization. While the lack of a traditional dodge mechanic or the slightly slippery movement might feel off to some players, the satisfying gameplay loop and global leaderboard challenges easily make up for it.

Fun game, with my cheap macbook still run it and play it well every where
