About Dreamy Planet
Haruka and Shiina used to be inseparable. They grew up together, went to school together, and ardently believed that they would always be best friends.
That was before Haruka’s breakdown, however.
Worn down by her demanding job as a nurse, Haruka abandons her old life, and her old best friend, and moves back in with her parents. Believing herself to be a failure, and too ashamed to see Shiina again, Haruka retreats into herself and her depression, and despairs.
It isn’t until almost five years later that Haruka and Shiina reunite. At Shiina’s behest, the pair of them make an impromptu trip to a favourite haunt of theirs from their youth: an outdated theme park on the outskirts of Nara called Dreamy Planet.
Dreamy Planet was once a popular park, but it has since fallen into disrepair. The park was closed down several years ago, owing to dwindling attendance numbers, and it has been left in a miserable state: the spinning teacups, the roller coasters, and the carousel all left to rust.
Together again, Haruka and Shiina pick their way through Dreamy Planet’s carcass, and as they do, they recall fond memories from their past. Dreamy Planet might be beyond salvaging, but perhaps their relationship can still be saved – if only Haruka can find the courage to finally tell Shiina how she really feels.

How can such a simple premise be so addicting, so deep, and so heartfelt? I didnt go into this expecting to relate, and especially to feel saddened by it, but save for a few typos, the writing is amazing. The story starts out so mundane, but over time you find yourself rooting for these long lost friends. Also, God bless the Shiinas of the world.
by far the best writing out of any ebihime game i've played. the writing of the main protagonist is painfully relatable and the overall angst is something i don't think i could explain briefly. the music is super in your face and feels out of place at first with its synthy ambience, but grew on me as I think it represents the psychological horror the mc faces even when going about a normal day with no supernatural aspects. the entire game takes place within a day and is rather short, but it explores many themes of repression and the agony that comes with both loving and not loving another
Almost unbearably depressing, saved only by the very last sentence.
A yuri vn from ebi-hime steeped in melancholy. Honestly the story is a little sad with some brief moments of levity and the possibility (not a guarantee) of a happy ending for our main couple. Whether I would recommend it or not I would have to say yes I do recommend it however I think most people would enjoy ebi-hime's more popular work like Blackberry Honey more. So if this is your 1st experience with their vns go for that one instead and see if it is something you'd be interested in.
i need a drink
While this was still a good read, I wouldn't really reccomend this yuri to everyone. The ending leaves much to be desired and the overall structure is 'meh' at best. It was rather hard to stay focused on the game, but if I had recieved this for free, I wouldn't have been dissapointed.
