This game was so fun I became an in-game alcoholic; I literally barrel-rolled and gunned it to the bar and drank everything I possibly could before taking on a contract. And every contract was super fun, super cool, and super bad-ass. I felt the gunpower and the slickness, and every reload was a mission accomplished.

played this games beta back at comic con 2022 and enjoyed it a little repetitive at most times but a fun game none the less

This is a fun game to play, I had it for a long time and I'm still playing it after two of three years.

Dust & Neon is a fast-paced twin-stick shooter that successfully blends roguelite progression with a futuristic western setting full of robotic enemies, explosive gunfights, and nonstop action. The game immediately stands out because of its unusual combination of dusty frontier aesthetics and neon-lit science fiction technology. Instead of traditional cowboys battling bandits, players step into the boots of a revived gunslinger fighting against armies of machines across a ruined mechanical frontier. I got this shortly after it came out originally. it was kinda buggy, but worse it was very unbalanced. I stopped playing til I saw the latest update and figured I'd give it another shot. it's a great concept, and should be great fun. but it's still buggy. you can get stuck on the corner of steps and objects too easy and can't move ruining all the progress you've made in that level. worse though is it's still unbalanced. there are almost no decent guns found in the early game, almost every useful gun has to be bought from the shop. unfortunately cash collection is also very low in the beginning and you lose your guns if you die. also there's an unwinnable stage a few missions in so if you dropped all your cash on a decent gun from the shop, you're going to lose it. and there's no storage for the guns you upgrade so you're starting from scratch after every death. the "free" guns are useless garbage. so expect if you die fighting a boss to have to play a bunch of missions to build up enough cash to hopefully buy a decent loadout at the shop. you're not going to find them in crates. what you'll find are a bunch of guns where you'll get 5 or 10 points increase in accuracy or handling, b…
