Easy Simple Game

Easy Simple Game is yet another of literally thousands of 2D retro platformers infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere. This is your usual GameMaker Studio copy + paste job from a Russian asset flipper, complete with the usual paid/fake reviews (it's still a mystery why Valve doesn't enforce their policy on this). Anyway, it's another fake game with no serious value or merit as a genuine game that PC gamers would enjoy. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. Horribly optimized; game was running barley at 30 fps throughout my entire session. I was quite literally in slow motion. I don't know if this is some sort of bug or "feature", but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it's crunching my testicles.

good game very short but was made by one person so it's fair and its worth the price imo

I have to admit, the game itself is fine i guess, its just nothing unique as a platform game, pretty basic and only worth it if you get it for very cheap or in a key pack on g2a. the gameplay can be fun and annoying at times and the boss fights are more annoying because there's a lot of chance and very little skill acquired from it, 3/10 as a game I would say

Game got wayy too much on my nerve. But It was a pretty fun plattformer overall. Found 1 bug, but that's acceptable. Pretty nice for people who love plattformers.
