Empire City Simulator is a free city building game where I get to start with a small ancient settlement and slowly turn it into a much larger city. I spend most of my time gathering resources, building structures, increasing the population and trying to keep the whole economy moving. The ancient setting gives it a bit more personality than a completely generic city builder, especially when I start building temples, forums and larger landmarks. It is a fairly relaxed game, although there is a lot of resource management involved once my city starts getting bigger. The part I enjoy most is the steady feeling of progression. I can gather things like marble, clay and wood, process materials and use them to unlock more buildings and improvements. Population is important because a larger population gives me more tax income, which then lets me put more money back into the city. I like this kind of loop because there is usually something useful for me to work towards. The trading system also gives me another way to manage resources when I do not have enough of something I need. There are also quests and different technologies that help push the city forward. After about Level 11, its impossible to to send off boats because your warehouse is constantly full yet to get the items to upgrade it you need to fill boat orders but to make the items to send off in the boat, you need way more storage space! they just want you to buy gems.

there are no guides to follow and not enough info to explain things like the Tokens from the Arena , Searched for guides but they are all basic with no real info so for me the game becomes stagnate

Resource management and city expansion have potential, but the gameplay quickly settles into a repetitive routine. Progress often feels slower than it should, reducing the excitement of unlocking new content. Better pacing and more diverse objectives would greatly improve the overall experience.
