About Eonica Chess Battle
Inspired by the popular Dota 2 Auto Chess game mode, Eonica Chess Battle is an auto-battler game, mixing together elements of the classic chess game with elements from the fantasy fiction world. The game features 8 players competing against each other in an exciting last man standing duel.
The ultimate goal: carefully engage chess pieces in strong combinations and optimal arrangement on the board to successfully encounter the opponent formations. Mastering the mechanics and synergies governing chess pieces, understanding the probabilities of getting certain pieces and carefully following the in-game economy are some of the key skills required, in order to adopt a successful strategy.
The result: a fun and entertaining game, which can be enjoyed together with friends.

"Eonica Chess Battle" is a badly made abandoned Early Access "autobattler" with a mild chess theme... it's both convoluted and imbalanced. Throw pieces up on the board and hope, because the tutorial won't prepare you to either play the game, or warn you how bad it is. Some of the visuals look ok but the visual design is too noisy and chaotic... I can see why they abandoned this one. The developers abandoned this 2 years and 11 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. The graphics in this game are passable, but could be better. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics. To be worth a gamers time, the game must match top tier visuals with top tier gameplay, and that's not happening here. You're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement... for such a relatively low effort, low quality product, this comes across more as a delusion of grandeur than anything else. Есть быстрая игра для развлечения на пару минут, а есть рейтинговые матчи, где можно всерьез проверить свои навыки. AI противника оказался достойным соперником, предлагая разные уровни сложности, от новичка до мастера. Это позволяет постепенно оттачивать стратегию и учиться новым тактическим приемам. Более того, порадовала возможность кастомизации внешнего вида доски и фигур. Это добавляет индивидуальности и позволяет создать комфортную визуальную среду для игры. Есть даже внутриигровые турниры с интересными призами, что мотивирует играть регулярно и улучшать свой рейтинг. Небольшие недочеты в виде редких багов, не портят общего положительного впечатления. В целом, 'Eonica Chess Battle' - отличная адаптация классических шахмат для мобильных устройств, которая подойдет как начинающим, так и опытным игрокам. Рекомендую всем любителям шахмат!
