Escape the Underground

Waaaaay too short character perspective, half the jumps you make in this game are completely blind. Difficult platformers should be made difficult by virtue of their technical jumps (hard movement, mechanics, precision) not by virtue of their short sightedness. A lot of the game becomes memorization of basic movement rather than practice of difficult movement. Seriously, if the game's vision was extended by some 3-5 tiles in every direction, the game would genuinely be a much more enjoyable experience all around because you wouldn't be wondering where the next conveniently placed trap is. It was still fun, but if you're a really big fan of platformers, you might be disappointed in this one

I absolutely hated some parts of the game, but it was overall enjoyable I guess.

Игра 'Escape the Underground' захватила меня с первой минуты! Атмосфера мрачного, заброшенного подземелья создана просто великолепно: скрипы, шорохи, тусклый свет фонаря – все это заставляет чувствовать себя по-настоящему запертым и беспомощным. Головоломки достаточно сложные, чтобы бросить вызов, но не настолько, чтобы вызвать отчаяние. Важно внимательно осматривать окружение и обращать внимание на детали, ведь подсказки могут быть где угодно. Сюжет хоть и не отличается особой оригинальностью (побег из таинственного места), но он отлично поддерживает интерес к прохождению. Порадовала разношерстность испытаний: здесь и логические загадки, и задачи на сообразительность, и даже немного акробатики. Управление интуитивно понятное, хотя поначалу немного непривычно. Из минусов могу отметить лишь небольшую затянутость некоторых моментов, но это компенсируется общей увлекательностью игрового процесса. В целом, 'Escape the Underground' – это отличный вариант для любителей головоломок и атмосферных приключений. Рекомендую к прохождению всем, кто ищет интересный способ проверить свою смекалку и пощекотать нервы! Я провел в игре несколько часов и получил массу удовольствия. Однозначно 9/10!

Very fun and challenging game! Makes me mad but also easy just hard enough to keep going. Check points are in good spots, after major obstacles.

Quite a neat and somewhat enjoyable platformer. Sadly, parts of the game are extremely difficult for someone like me, I wasn't able to get that far into the game without being extremely frustrated, so consider that. My only negative is that you can barely see what is in front of you, so you will die a lot. [u]I would recommend[/u] if it's your type of game.
