The year is 21XX. A mysterious alien force, known only as "Purple Erosion", has taken over the Moon! From the captured lunar base, alien UFOs begin their invasion of Earth! Using your advanced space fighter, you must repel the alien invasion, beat them back through space, and finally recapture the Moon to end the alien menace once and for all!

- Multiple game modes and enjoyable difficulty settings for all levels of player skill. Choose from Original, Advanced, or Time Attack modes.
- Intuitive and fun scoring system with a high skill ceiling! Scramble to wipe out the enemy waves as quickly as possible in Original mode, manage risk and reward in the challenging Advanced mode, and outrun the time limit in Time Attack mode. High score chasers are welcome!
- Multiple weapons add strategic depth. The Front Shot is powerful, but has a limited firing angle. The Wide Shot can hit many enemies, but has short range. Finally, the Shield can inflict heavy damage and deflect bullets - but at perilously close range! Utilize all of them to get the best results, and don't let the enemies get away!
- The dynamic camera system creates a sense of exhilarating speed as you explore 5 beautiful stages, including temple ruins, Earth's orbit, and the alien moon base.

This game rules. It came to my attention when the developers of ZeroRanger cited it as an influence in an interview. It's a non-bullet-hell shmup (fast bullets, launched in learnable patterns) where you have three weapons that you can use at any time, one of which is a shield with a regenerating meter. The graphics are "serviceable," but they get a lot done with a little -- notably, I really appreciate the strong and stable sense of place, which really does a lot to A: help anchor your memory across the unbroken sequence of micro-levels, and B: just get the ol blood pumping (we're blasting off to the moon!!). And the music and sound design are stellar. This is one of those games where the design is extremely simple and exposed, and the quality of the gameplay fundamentals carries the entire weight; no gimmicks or novelty. And those fundamentals are gooood, just an extremely pleasing interplay of memory and reaction. It's the kind of video game that makes you wanna make a video game. My main two critiques are that the "Advanced" mode feels a bit cattywompus and out-of-balance, and that the scoring system has pretty much no interaction with the survival systems. this is so much fun! It feels like you are in the movie Independence Day. There is so much going on in the background you have to remember that you are fighting ships in the foreground. It tells a whole story, and the levels happen seamless besides a split second Loading

Small but really fun SHMUP While i find the padding (option level) excruciatingly grindy, the mechanics, content, and soundtrack still are top-noch even nowadays. For 8R$ this game is a good price and only considering i playerd easy (im not a good shmup player) Normal, Advanced and TA modes. Scoring on Advanced is really fun (and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard), Normal is normal shmup fun and TA is good to die like you shouldnt be playing this game and still get the achievements. Ill be coming back to this game in 'small, tasty bites'. Sadly theres no multiplayer ;-; If there was multiplayer i'd be recommending this to EVERYONE.
