I just gotta say this right off the bat... The game is far better written in Russian. If you gotta do English though, you will understand it... But there are errors and the whole time I kept hearing certain words/phrases said the "correct Russian way" and in English, upon translation... It doesn't translate well lol. Now goodness gracious, I've yet to like a single MC from any of your Visual Novels. This one is "always right, cares only about her own self, food and money". Everything else can gtfo. Surprisingly however... She didn't piss me off like that other MC. And not because she is young and it can be "acceptable"... No... BECAUSE... People pointed out her flaws AND eventually... She actually tried to get better. Therefore, reading commenced... With me attempting to figure out the mystery. Although the title is a dead giveaway... XD After going through what I titled "BL" jokes, (which made sense... Considering the GREAT personality our MC has... It's no wonder the guys would be more into one other) I finished the three routes. And well... Ms. Lenz was the best to me (and NO, she isn't a Love Interest. Phew!). I like her and yes, even understand that "o…

A perfect visual novel for a night out with a cup of coffee!

“Espresso For The Demon” is a simple visual novel that is able to attract the attention of fans of the genre with its versatility and charming visual style. The story in the game is not too long, but it is compensated by a lot of different endings. Each playthrough doesn't take much time, which gives you the opportunity to experiment with different scenarios and explore alternative paths. The characters are thoroughly developed. The protagonist is a typical representative of the modern world, which makes her image close and understandable for most players. This helps to associate yourself with her more easily and dive deeper into the story. There are three love interests in the game - three completely different guys, each with their own unique character traits and demeanor. This allows you to choose the most attractive character according to the player's preferences. Overall, this visual novel, which despite its short duration, offers enough variation that makes each playthrough truly unique. If you appreciate visual novels with a simple but engaging plot and the possibility to influence the outcome of th…

At first this game seems like a run-of-the-mill, slice-of-life romance set in a spooky coffee shop. But then it shows you that it doesn't pull any punches. The problems and conflicts the characters need to work through have some depth to them, and aren't easily solved. I'm used to seeing cliche surface-level conflicts in these games, but even the protagonist you play as has some nuanced issues. Also, in my first ending, I just outright died, which I found really entertaining. There are some downsides to this game, though. The English translation is kind of stiff, and there were a few areas where I was a little confused. I didn't have a problem following the main narrative, but there were maybe 2-3 sentences in the entire game that I couldn't understand. It's not a dealbreaker, but I don't want anyone to be caught off-guard by it. It also takes a minute for the characters to warm up to you, and for the story to start revealing itself. Overall, this is a fun little game that has a small bite to it. It's not genre defining or extremely memorable, but it's competent and I enjoyed playing it. If you already know you like these kinds of romance games and are tempted to get this o…

Espresso For The Demon is a short but thoughtfully written visual novel that blends everyday charm with an undercurrent of mystery, gradually shifting from a relaxed slice-of-life tone into something more introspective and slightly unsettling. Developed and published by Vorobushek, it centers on a seemingly ordinary scenario—a student taking a part-time job at a café—but uses that familiar setup as a gateway into a story shaped by subtle tension, emotional nuance, and player-driven choices. You step into the role of Wisa, a university student who begins working at a small coffee shop alongside two classmates, each with distinctly different personalities. The early stages of the story are intentionally grounded, focusing on casual interactions, light humor, and the routine of daily work. Conversations feel natural and unforced, allowing the characters to establish themselves without relying on dramatic exposition. This slow introduction serves an important purpose, giving players time to become comfortable with the setting and invested in the relationships before the narrative begins to reveal its more unusual elements. As the story progresses, the tone gradually shifts. What init…

My first game with all the achievements :D One of the best visual novels I ever played! A cozy, warm, yet unknown and creepy atmosphere. I was very interested in how the story would end. The characters have become dear to my heart, even this damn Demon. Thank you so much for having a good time! Good luck and many grateful players to this little developer^^
