About Ever War

Ever War is a turn-based strategy game where you manage settlements and armies to lead your kingdom to victory over your opponents. Raise great armies to destroy all who oppose you, secure access to valuable resources and conquer the realm.

Build Your Empire

Manage the expansion of your empire, supervising all aspects of each of your settlements including population growth, constructing buildings, army training and trade between settlements. All entirely based on your own preferences and playstyle.

Command armies

March into battle with a complex system that allows you to command armies up to hundreds of troops. Use the unique abilities of your units to create unbeatable formations, set up devastating ambushes, and take advantage of favorable terrain along with other strategies to ensure victory for your faction.

Three factions

Lead one of three unique factions in the conflict for control over this realm. Medlend, the kingdom of knights and Princes, the true rulers of this realm despite their constant strife from invaders and secessionists. Kursians, a race of highly numerous rodents from the great forests of the far east whose goal is endless expansion. Boraeloth, tribes of half giant raiders of the cold north whose lone wish is to pillage the cities of the civilized world.

Looks simple at first, but is more complicated than it first seems. It reminds me of the old QQP games in the 1990s which had somewhat crude graphics , quirky interfaces, yet well thought out gameplay.

Lots of fun, would like to see diplomacy options maybe for the map, or a tutorial (maybe i missed one) sometimes i get helpful tooltip popups but for the most part ive been left to figure the game out on my own, maybe just growing pains. enjoyed my time in the game regardless

I haven’t played much but the graphics are appealing and systems offer up an interesting combination of city building and tactical gameplay

I'm not used to these kinds of games, but being turn-based combat I'd say has definitely made it easier to get into. It has strong resource management which I'm bad at keeping track of haha, but it doesn't feel arbitrary or nonsensical, feels like a thing I could learn and get used to with practice. All in all something I'd recommend to someone who's not comfortable with fast paced planning and wants to dip into the genre through a less mainstream route and support a small dev
